Something else that seems to work is:

Take a walk of 30 minutes while thinking of what you want to code and the algorithms that could be used. While you walk plan everything from 0x0000 to 0xFFFF. Then you go back to the computer and code for 2hours for 5min break ratio (without compiling). After your finish coding this particular part of the project youv been thinking of you compile, take an hour to make it work and voilà!

It seems to work better then a, compile two times a minute for every minute until you finish, routine.
