I’ve read the book ‘8 minute meditation’ and found it very easy and rewarding to ‘implement’ and would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn meditation. Also check out some books on NLP if you haven’t and want to have a better understanding on your mind. I really like all your inspirational posts; straight-to-the-point-no-bullshit-stuff! Keep at it! <3

im learning Im alright(guitar) now, and im gonna do a live performance in 2 weeks. just been working on it for 1 day now and i know it 😛 anyways, its a great feeling to learn something new

Well, the irony in all this is that he has to read your post in order to find out if you were negative, so basically he’d read it anyways. I think he meant it’s pointless to reply or spend too much time thinking about negativity, but it doesn’t mean he won’t read.
