    Bandwidth problem has been succesfully resolved, One fully equipped soldier now takes 0.5kb/s idle – upto 1.5kb/s. Pretty pretty good.

    5. HAHAHA, everyone is juz speaking alpha.

      Lets juz make sure its you get everything that you want done, before you release anything.

    10. That bandwidth usage doesn’t look too good since it rises expotentially with the number of players. Looking at this old thread: http://forums.soldat.pl/index.php?topic=2898.0 Soldat uses(used) 125 Bytes/sec on average. Let’s see how well it will perform. Does anyone know how much other games use? (not only 2D).
      Then again i remember teeworlds using pretty much bandwidth.

    11. anyone herd of MineCraft? Its a web based game, pretty cool. Its like that crappy blox world game that you see in some online ads but better.

      MineCraft

    12. bandwidth usage:

      Counter Strike -> 11 – 15 kbps
      StarCraft BroodWar -> 2 – 3 kbps
      TF2 -> 10 kbps

      I dont think we will have problems playing LD with a `decent` connection..
