Here’s what I needed the convex hull algorithm for. The ragdoll is created automatically from graphic files. The limbs are split into separate files, processed by the algorithm and rigged into a Box2D ragdoll.

So the ragdoll can be a piece of a complete ragdoll? like a ragdoll without the head or somthing like that?
success 😀
Yuck, wireframe render again. I want to see textures on him.
BTW Post above doesn’t make sense :S
Michal, you are constantly adding these wonderful little things to the engine that will make modding (and Sigvatr’s job) so much easier, namely this and the tile engine. They’re not necessary, yet the fact that you’re putting them shows how much you care about the project as a whole.
It’s much appreciated.
Does the ragdoll only apply to bipeds? This will be wicked insane if it works for a multi-legged mech design as well. 😀
nice , now finish the game
I’m writing exams these weeks, and man, do I need some recreation! I sure hope the release of the first “alpha” version of the game isn’t gonna take much longer!
He is still programing the engine! it will take another year or more!
^It’s nice to hear someone who actually understands what stage Michal is at right now.
People like C’o’s’m’i’n and DARK AVENGER, please realize that Link-Dead won’t be done for a long time.
True, but Michal can take heart that people are already pumped about his game.
Talk about pre-game hype!
Later I found out that the fourth person simply did not have a current product to promote and chose to wait until later to be interviewed. So when you set up your interview insist that all members that are going to be living at the premises come to the interview.
